Free Shipping
SAILUN provides free shipping on most oversized items for orders delivered within the lower 48 states of the United States, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Free shipping does not apply to the following locations:

Hawaii

APO / FPO / DPO addresses

International orders
Shipping Carriers
We typically ship orders using the following carriers:

Delivery Time
Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Estimated delivery time:

Standard delivery: 3–5 business days

In some circumstances (such as high shipping volume or external delays), delivery may take 3–10 business days.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 1:00 PM are usually shipped the same day.
Orders placed after this time will typically be processed within 24 hours.
Please note:
If a customer requests an address change after the order is placed, any additional shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
Deliveries Without Signature
If your delivery does not require a signature, please inspect the package immediately after receiving it.
If you notice any damage, please contact SAILUN within 24 hours of delivery.
Deliveries Requiring Signature
If your shipment requires a signature, please inspect the package carefully before signing.
Any damage or defects must be noted on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading and reported to SAILUN within 24 hours.
If the item is severely damaged, please refuse the delivery and write on the Bill of Lading:
“Refused Due to Damage”.
Reporting Damage
Please inspect your package while the carrier is still present whenever possible.
If damage is discovered after the carrier leaves, contact SAILUN immediately.
When reporting damage, please provide:

The condition of the package

How the package was received (e.g., left at the door or signed for)

A description of the damage
Important Instructions
To help us process your claim quickly, please follow these steps:

Take several clear photos showing the damaged area.

Do not discard the shipping box or packing materials.

Do not discard the product, as the carrier may need to inspect it.

Do not return the item to SAILUN unless instructed to do so.
Failure to follow these steps may result in the shipping carrier denying the damage claim.
